Returns & Refunds

Our products are individually designed and therefore each piece is unique. We do not provide refunds or returns, all Item sales are FINAL. No plant will be accepted back under any circumstances if it has been sold as this is against accreditation rules. 


All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges will apply.



The customer is required to carefully select his requirements, and order only once he is sure about his requirement.  Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and no refund is applicable for any reason.



All transactions settled at MINIGARDENS are final. Plants, flowers and arrangements cannot be returned. Our sale is of perishable live objects which are sensitive to humidity, temperature & light which is why all sales are final with the exception of any inherent defects. Such claims must be settled within 15 days of the purchase date after informing us. We have done extensive long-term tests on all our plants and succulents and all arrangements are accompanied by a care card and kit and the care for all arrangements is fully the responsibility of the client and receiver. We sell only indoor plants which require to be in an indoor temperature-controlled environment below 25 degrees Celsius. If temperatures go above this, the plants will become stressed and perish. Direct sunlight and darkness and over watering can also result in plant damage.



MINIGARDENS will attempt to use only the best quality plants in its arrangements and offers a fifteen-day guarantee towards defects. Clients are requested to bring the defective plant to the store within the fifteen-day period for assessment to conclude the issue. Problems arising with the plants due to watering, temperature and lighting are not considered defects and the new owner upon receipt of the plant/arrangement is accountable for its health.
